How have you been keeping yourself occupied during the quarantine period?

Well, the lockdown came at a time when I was anyway planning to take a long break. I haven’t taken a break in over a year. So, I’m enjoying spending time with my family, having healthy food, listening to some great music and generally relaxing.

How are you keeping away from negative thoughts with regards to the pandemic?

I have no place for negativity in my life. Prayers, positive thinking and helping others in need is the call of the hour.

What fitness/diet regime can one follow at home?

One can do functional training and free hand exercises at home to keep one’s physical and mental health in check.

Anything specific one should include in the diet to stay fit?

Have a balanced diet. Never refrain from eating anything but keep a check on your portions.
