Kim Taehyung aka V of BTS and Park Hyo Shin have delivered the perfect holiday season gift with Winter Ahead. Taehyung has kept up with his tradition of wintertime music and the track has already captivated listeners.
The music video shows Taehyung as a sculptor, trying to sculpt the perfect figurine. It slowly comes to life as the singer tries to find love and comfort in his creation. They rekindle their love and share moments of romance and intimacy.
He caresses her as she sleeps, and they share a dance together as well. But the video takes a melancholic turn towards the end as he comes face to face with his reality – a dark version of him and realizes that it was merely a dream. The song’s orchestral arrangement with a prominent piano complements V’s deep, soulful voice.
