Watch: Deepika Padukone teaches Diljit Dosanjh Kannada, grooves with him

New mom Deepika Padukone made her first appearance after welcoming Dua at Diljit Dosanjh’s Bengaluru concert. The actress attended the concert dressed in a casual white sweatshirt which she paired with denims. Videos that have gone viral from the evening show her grooving to the singer’s electrifying tracks. Not just that, Diljit also welcomed Deepika on stage and performed the song Lover.

Once on stage, Deepika greeted the audience by saying “Namaskaram Bengaluru” and danced on Diljit’s song Lover. She also taught him a sentence in Kannada. Diljit then praised the actress and said, “I have seen her on the big screen. I never thought I would be able to see her from so close. She has made her place in Bollywood all by herself.”

Needless to say, the crowd could not stop cheering for the duo. Diljit also shared a video of Deepika from his concert where he praised the actress’ skincare brand and joked that he always receives free samples.

Deepika and Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed their daughter Dua in September this year. Following that the actress limited her public appearances to take care of her daughter. Fans were delighted to see the new mom glowing at Diljit’s concert which marked her first appearance. She was most recently seen in Singham Again with her husband Ranveer Singh.
