The trend of South superstars venturing into Hindi cinema and making it big has been ongoing for some time now. While some have tasted success instantly, the story has been different for the rest.
Two of the most successful heroes – Vijay Deverakoinda and Dulquer Salmaan are both busy promoting their respective films in Hyderabad. Vijay has Kushi releasing alongside Samantha while Dulquer has King of Kotha releasing which will be an action film. Interestingly they have both been dabbling in the action and romantic genre with their last releases. While Vijay’s film Liger tanked terribly, he is now looking forward to Kushi which is a romantic flick. Dulquer on the other hand had Sita Ramam doing exceptionally well as a romantic saga and now is looking forward to the action entertainer King of Kotha.
Vijay extended his wishes to Dulquer, as quoted on a leading entertainment portal, “I hope your action film does better than mine” while Dulquer replied, “I hope your love story blows up like mine.”
Here’s hoping both their films rake in good numbers and appreciation.
