Varun Dhawan steals the show in Baby John’s trailer

Varun Dhawan shows his massy and fierce side in the much-awaited trailer of Baby John which was released on December 9. Keerthy Suresh will be making her Bollywood debut with this film. The star cast also consists of Wamiqa Gabbi and Jackie Shroff.

The trailer opens with a glimpse of the bond that DCP Satya Verma (Dhawan) shares with his daughter. He has faked his death and gone undercover to raise his daughter peacefully. However, his past soon catches up as his nemesis Babbar Sher (Shroff) figures out he is alive. He soon finds himself standing at a crossroad when he has to fulfill his duties of protecting society and also taking care of his family. 

While Varun does not hold back his punches in the trailer, Shroff too, ups the game with his villainous avatar. The trailer also indicates that the film deals with women’s safety issues. Wamiqa is seen as Satya’s daughter’s teacher while Keerthy plays Satya’s love interest.

Going by the trailer, Baby John seems to be a quintessential Bollywood film with action-packed scenes, drama, comedy and emotions.
