Govinda had said on Simi Garewal’s chat show that in his early stage of life he had interviewed at a 4-star hotel for the job of a steward. He was rejected because he couldn’t speak English. Now that’s quite shocking to know right. The actor who rocked the ’90s with his complete masala films and gave back-to-back hits and did dozens of films in a single year had such a tough past.
He even said in the same interview that his mother used to struggle to make ends meet and it was difficult for her to raise six children. And hence the superstar had made sure he gets to work and tastes success quick and fast. No wonder his passion for movies and that hunger to take responsibility made him a superstar. He used to shoot for five to six films at a time and had a lot of releases in a single year and all used to be blockbusters. Now this birthday boy’s success story is truly inspirational.
