Helmed by Zoya Akhtar, the teaser of the same was dropped yesterday at a special event taking place in Brazil.
The vibe of the project is reminiscent of the ’60s era. The teaser promises to deliver a musical film that is going to hit the right chord considering its popularity in the pop-culture space. Every character seen in the teaser establishes the feeling of well-written roles.
Set in the fictional town of Riverdale in 1964, there are glimpses of all the elements that make this film so nostalgic. From the iconic Pop Tates where the gang enjoys their milkshakes, toy trains, parties, skates – you name it and it’s there!
