Taylor Swift and Matty Healy apparently split up before people could get acclimated to the notion of them being together. They’d been linked since early May. After breaking up with her long-term partner Joe Alwyn, it’s possible that Matty was only Taylor’s rebound partner.
It has since come to light through sources that the connection was only planned to be short-term to begin with, and this suggests that the romance was casual from the beginning.
In an attempt to dispel the suspicions, The 1975 vocalist Matty Healy recently made an announcement regarding his relationship with Taylor on stage before the band’s performance. He did this by asking the crowd, “Is it all a bit? Is it sincere? Will he ever address it?” was the burning question in their minds. However, he curtly remarked, “These questions and more will be ignored in the next hour.” Then, all of a sudden, he exclaimed, “Ladies and gentlemen, this is The 1975,” putting all of their concerns to rest.
When Taylor Swift addressed her fans during a live performance: “I’ve just never been this happy in all aspects of my life ever,” Swift seemed to be confessing unrestrained joy and a fresh phase of her life with Matty. Then she thanked them for contributing to that.
“It’s not just a tour, I just sort of feel like my life finally feels like it makes sense. So I thought I’d play this song which brings me a lot of happy memories,” she added.
