The box office is being shattered by Gadar 2, the latest film, starring Sunny Deol, which is having a tremendous run and receiving high praise from both audiences and celebrities. Shah Rukh Khan recently complimented the film, and Sunny Deol has now responded to the praise.
During an AskSRK session, Shah Rukh Khan was asked by a fan if he had seen the movie. The actor responded by saying that he had watched it and loved it.
Now, recently in an interview with a leading news organisation, Sunny remembered getting a call by SRK before he watched Gadar 2 and said, “He had seen this film and before that, he called me up and wished me and he was so happy, he told me ‘I am so happy, you genuinely deserve it’ and I said ‘thank you’.”
In addition, he disclosed that he had conversed with Gauri Khan, the wife of Shah Rukh Khan. Furthermore, he mentioned that he had frequently contacted Shah Rukh Khan to exchange ideas about specific matters.
He also opened up about his issues with SRK in the past and said, “Time heals everything and we move ahead. That’s how it should be.” Helmed by director Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 stands as the continuation of the 2001 blockbuster Gadar. In this sequel, Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma have seamlessly stepped back into their iconic characters: Tara Singh, Sakeena, and Jeete.
