Sunny Deol opens up about Rs 56 crore loan and Juhu Bungalow auction

A statement has been released by Sunny Deol’s team in response to the news about his alleged loan and the auction of his Juhu residence. A bank had announced on Sunday that the actor’s home would be put up for e-auction to recover the Rs 56 crore loan he had taken from them. However, the bank retracted its statement on Monday citing “technical reasons.”

Addressing the recent developments, Sunny Deol’s statement said, “We are in process of resolving this issue and the issue will be resolved. We request for no further speculation on the same.” The statement was made soon after Akshay Kumar’s team denied any involvement in helping Sunny with loan relief.

Earlier, there were reports that Akshay Kumar had stepped forward to help Sunny Deol by supposedly offering to pay a significant portion of the loan in order to save Sunny’s residence in Juhu.

This was shortly debunked by Akshay Kumar’s spokesperson who said, “All such claims are absolutely untrue.”
