Musicians and celebrities including Johnny Depp and Nick Cave have paid tribute to The Pogues frontman Shane MacGowan at his funeral in Ireland.
Former Sein Fein President Gerry Adams and Irish President Michael D Higgins were also guests at the church in County Tipperary.
The service included several musical performances, organised by Oscar-winning songwriter Glen Hansard.
At one point, MacGowan’s family danced as Hansard also led a group of musicians in a rendition of the Pogues’ Fairytale of New York.
The acclaimed songwriter died aged 65 last week, after being unwell for some time.
