As we all know before starting his career as an actor, Shahid Kapoor worked in a number of blockbuster films as a background dancer with choreographer Shiamak Dawar’s dance crew. Recently in an interview, Shahid Kapoor talked about his experience working as a background dancer in songs like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Kahin Age Lage Lag Jaye from the 1999 film Taal and Karisma Kapoor’s Le Gayi from the 1997 film Dil To Pagal Hai.
In a radio interview, when asked about his experience regarding the Le Gayi song, Shahid said, “Dil To Pagal Hai was really nervous… I have no favourite memories. My hair was bouncing around too much and I was spoiling the shot so I was really nervous. I had just joined Shiamak’s troupe, so I was probably one of the rookies there. I was just nervous all the time. I was a nervous wreck, just hoping I don’t mess things up.”
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Shahid will be seen in action-thriller Bloody Daddy, helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. He will also be seen alongside Kriti Sanon in Dinesh Vijan’s next.
