Shahid Kapoor, currently promoting his upcoming movie Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, was recently questioned about the potential for a Sandeep Reddy Vanga universe where the main characters from Kabir Singh and Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal cross paths in Animal Park.
In a conversation with an entertainment portal, Shahid expressed his doubt about the possibility of Animal’s Ranvijay and Kabir Singh collaborating for Animal Park. He added that while certain things may excite the audience, it is not within his control and may not be easy as the two universes are quite distinct.
Shahid expressed enthusiasm about the possibility of it becoming a reality but also expressed doubts about its practicality. He questioned whether it is feasible and achievable, and raised concerns about who would be responsible for its creation and when it would actually come to fruition.
Animal Park is the follow-up to Ranbir Kapoor’s 2023 hit. Shahid previously portrayed the main character in Kabir Singh. Both Vanga films have faced widespread backlash for their portrayal of excessive misogyny and violence.
