Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is reportedly heading to the US for urgent medical treatment after an eye procedure in Mumbai didn’t go as planned. According to a report, the actor visited a Mumbai hospital on Monday, July 29, for eye treatment, but complications arose, necessitating immediate attention abroad.

The actor is expected to fly to the US by Tuesday, July 30. A source informed, “Shah Rukh Khan had gone to a hospital in Mumbai for an eye treatment. The treatment didn’t go as planned. SRK is now being rushed to the USA to rectify the damage.” Details about the specific treatment and complications remain undisclosed.

Shah Rukh Khan, who co-owns the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) cricket team, suffered a heat stroke on May 21 in Ahmedabad while attending an IPL match. He was hospitalized and discharged the following day. This recent eye issue follows that incident, adding to the actor’s health concerns.

During his visit to Ahmedabad, Shah Rukh attended a crucial IPL match at Narendra Modi Stadium, where KKR secured a place in the IPL final with a win over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). The next day, he was admitted to KD Hospital in Ahmedabad due to severe dehydration.
