Selena Gomez expressed her desire to choose a career path in life. In a recent conversation on a podcast, the singer-actor revealed her intention to prioritise acting, even if it means putting her music career on hold.
In a yet-to-be-released episode of a podcast featuring Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett, Selena Gomez discussed her search for a specific niche in the entertainment industry to focus on. Having explored acting, singing, and currently serving as the CEO of her cosmetics line, Rare Beauty, she expressed a desire to “just settle on” a particular domain. She further said, “I do feel like I have one more album in me, but I would probably choose acting.”
In reponse, the group showered praise on Gomez’s musical talents and highlighted the idea that she doesn’t necessarily have to limit herself to just one career path. However, Gomez responded, saying, “You’re right, but I am going to want to chill because I’m tired.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Selena has recently released an upbeat pop track Single Soon and is currently working on an album.
