Samsung is bringing its new AI features to these Buds
Samsung’s new AI features are coming to phones and other devices like the Galaxy Buds as well. Here are the details.
Samsung launched its new AI features courtesy Google recently and now the company is bringing these features to its TWS earbuds. The new AI tools are available to those buying the new Galaxy S24 models that came out last month. The AI features are essentially using another AI model which delivers optimised performance and even give you an option to process AI on the device.
Samsung isn’t limiting its support for mobile devices, so expanding the reach to its Galaxy Buds lineup makes sense. The new features for these earbuds will be offered via an over-the-air update that should be rolling out in the coming weeks. Samsung is also making sure that you don’t need a premium version of the Galaxy Buds to use these AI features, even though you need the premium Samsung Galaxy phone.

So what AI features will these Galaxy Buds users get from Samsung? The company has said that these Galaxy Buds models will offer an AI-centric interpreter that can help you translate calls in real-time on the screen.
The live translate feature that made its debut with the Galaxy S24 lineup will also extend its reach to the Buds, giving it more power and value compared to the other earbuds we get in the range.
Samsung pushes regular updates for these Galaxy Buds to improve their feature set and audio performance but bringing AI features will not only keep the existing users happy but also bring more people to the ecosystem. Having said that, the Galaxy Buds AI features will only work with the new Galaxy S24 models for now, with other Samsung phones getting support for these AI tools in the next few months.
