Salman Khan imports Rs 2 Cr bulletproof SUV amid death threats

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is intensifying his security measures after receiving death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. Following the recent murder of politician Baba Siddique, a close friend of Khan, the actor has taken additional precautions, including importing a bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV worth approximately Rs 2 crore from Dubai.

The Nissan Patrol, known for its top-tier safety features, includes reinforced glass capable of withstanding close-range gunfire, bomb alert systems, and tinted windows to ensure complete privacy. Currently unavailable in India, this marks the second bulletproof vehicle Khan has imported from Dubai, underscoring the severity of the threats he faces.

Khan has been on Bishnoi’s hit list since the blackbuck poaching case, a species revered by the Bishnoi community. The gang has demanded an apology and recently issued a fresh threat, demanding Rs 5 crore from the actor. With Bishnoi behind bars, the threats continue, pushing Khan to bolster his security with an additional eight to ten armed officers and a special command centre at his residence, Galaxy Apartments.
