Bollywood star Saiyami Kher has made history by becoming the first Indian actress to complete the challenging Ironman 70.3 triathlon in Germany. Known for her roles in films like Choked and Ghoomer, Saiyami has now added an incredible athletic achievement to her list of accomplishments.
The Ironman 70.3, also called the Half Ironman, pushes even seasoned athletes to their limits with a grueling 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike ride, and a 21.1 km run—all in a single day. Saiyami trained hard for a year while balancing her demanding film career, overcoming physical and mental hurdles to achieve her goal. “Crossing that finish line is one of the proudest moments of my life,” she shared.
