Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma and late Sushant Singh Rajput starrer PK was a big hit. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial struck a chord with the audience almost instantly. PK was about the advantage one can take if people have blind faith in religion. Aamir Khan played an alien in the film who is seen becoming confused with the concept of God on Earth. PK ended on the note where Ranbir Kapoor, who is shown as a resident of Aamir’s planet is left behind on Earth while Aamir successfully makes his way back.
Recently, Rajkumar Hirani caught up with a leading daily for a quick chat and spoke about the sequel to PK. He revealed that the story will start from when it was left in the first part but the script isn’t ready yet. He said, “So there is a story to tell. But Abhijat (writer) has not written it yet. The day he writes it, we will make it.” Well, we hope it soon becomes official!
