Imagine a destination vacation where you never leave home. Hollywood, Las Vegas and Disney World have little on Rockybrook Estate in Delray Beach, Florida—an entertainment wonderland for adults and kids alike.
Can you get your hair styled at the Magic Kingdom? Yes, if you’re a seven-year-old princess at Cinderella’s Castle. Can your kids join you in the club in Vegas? Nope. And good luck getting A-list treatment in Hollywood. Rockybrook Estate creates its own experience—sporting a hair salon, club room, home theater, bowling alley, and a 250,000-gallon saltwater pool. Take that Mickey!
Located in prestigious Stone Creek Ranch, an exclusive luxury community with only 37 estates, the brand new property lists for $23.5 million, courtesy of Douglas Elliman’s Senada Adzem. Privacy is paramount, as Rockybrook Estate is secluded and secured on three sides by water, gates, fencing and other multimillion homes.
Designed like a private resort, the 31,000-square-foot estate makes an epic South Florida residential statement upon 2.5 acres of lush tropical landscape.
Custom designed by Brenner Architecture, Rockybrook’s majestic façade dazzles all the way from the horizon—like the Las Vegas strip’s bright lights, the Disney castle or the Hollywood sign. But if you live here, you can skip all the pageantry of anticipation. This is a fantasy land every single day.
The seven-bedroom, 11-full bath architectural marvel pays homage to modern classicism and retro glamour with bespoke design and spellbinding amenities—all under one roof or beneath sunny skies.
Rockybrook’s grand triple-height foyer, crystal chandeliers, and open-arms staircase recall Hollywood classics where damsels and bachelors court one another. This formal welcome, with textured walls and gleaming marble floors, teases mesmerizing spaces to come.
A stately living room with marble floors awaits with 32-foot-sky-high, light-inviting glass walls. A long hallway off the foyer eventually leads to a gourmet Downsview kitchen with a stainless range, and striking double islands—one offering six-seat dining options. Rockybrook also has a separate commercial catering kitchen.
The 16-seat dining room boasts white agate backlit walls and a white mother-of-pearl ceiling. The estate also has a glass, temperature-controlled wine room, original light fixtures by artists Dale Chihuly and Nicolas Terzani, and a Zen garden with a cascading waterfall and koi pond.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has its own separate wing, including a study lounge, kitchenette, balcony, fireplace, whirlpool bath and a sun deck overlooking the property’s outdoor spaces.
Custom His and Hers master baths offer distinct feminine and masculine designs (respectively) with their own private balconies. Hers is adorned in amethyst with a center bathtub, hanging crystal chandelier, fireplace and rotunda linen closet.
Fashion walk-in closets resemble sleek, high-end jewelry stores with their opulent chandeliers, marble floors, custom shelves, and backlighting.
During a pandemic, few things feel more necessary than a quality haircut. Rockybrook’s bespoke hair salon is almost too good for discarded hair to touch its sleek surfaces. It’s geometrically lathered in woods, gold metalics, marble and lavish crystal chandeliers.
The home theater includes stadium-style leather seating, gray tones, and a classic Hollywood vibe. Aesthetics aside, the residence is fortified with hurricane-resistant windows, doors and exterior construction. The estate is further secured with a Creston smart home system and security cameras. There’s also an easy-access luxury elevator.
Outdoors showcases a tennis court, basketball court, and a blissful meditation space overlooking a tropical garden. But the main attraction is the massive infinity-edge saltwater pool, inspired by the Wynn Las Vegas.
Water lined with black mosaic glass tile and black Pebble Tec finish, the pool sparkles amid water and fire elements, a covered dining pavilion, rainfall grotto, and another summer kitchen. If cars are your passion, seven flawless garages will store and showcase any luxury car collection.
“The tropically landscaped pool area is complete with waterfalls, fire pits, and a 250,000-gallon heated pool with lounge areas—an ode to the infinity-edge splendor at Wynn Las Vegas,” says Adzem. “It’s truly an entertainment epicenter for all seasons.”
The owners, Sandra and Bradley Cohen, planned to live in the home, however, a business opportunity necessitated their moving to California. Bradley is co-founder of Insurance Care Direct, a private health insurance agency, and Sandra is an artist, fashion designer and founder of Baciami Couture.
Rockybrook Estate’s luxury amenities will keep residents and guests entertained for health (salon, spa treatment, gym, sauna) or pure pleasure (cinema-style theater, club room and bar, cigar room, card and billiards tables, two-lane bowling alley in the large children’s lounge).
Good luck finding a better home to quarantine in during a pandemic. “Its epic amenities are intended to make every day feel like a getaway,” says Adzem.
Rockybrook Estate is billed as “an American original.” Just like Hollywood, Las Vegas and Disney World.
