New Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 clip reveals Rocket’s heartbreaking…


Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 arrives in a matter of days. The film is the third instalment of James Gunn’s trilogy. Ahead of its release, a new clip has been unveiled and it delves into Rocket Raccoon’s tragic origins. 

The new clip from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 takes us into Rocket Racoon’s past. In it, we see four animals with robotic parts in enclosures – an otter, a walrus, a rabbit and a raccoon. The animals begin to talk about the future in the “new world” and give themselves names of their liking. They name themselves Lylla, Teefs, Floor and Rocket.

The clip ends with Rocket saying, “It really is good to have friends.”

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will see Peter Quill and Co. reunite for one last adventure. After the gang settles into their usual galaxy-hopping ways, they find their lives interrupted by Rocket’s dark past.

The film features  Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket and Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will release on May 5 in cinemas.
