Mumbai Police detains 16-year-old boy who threatened to kill Salman Khan on…


The Mumbai police on Tuesday arrested a 16-year-old boy for allegedly making a threatening call to the police control room to kill actor Salman Khan on April 30. According to the police, the boy is from Jodhpur, Rajasthan and reportedly made the call for ‘fun’.

On Monday evening, the Mumbai police control room received a call from a person who identified himself as Roki Bhai, Gaushala Rakshak from Jodhpur. The caller said, “I am going to kill Salman Khan on April 30. Tell him.”

As reported by multiple news agencies, the investigation was launched by Mumbai Police after they received a call. They were able to track the number from which the call was made to Dolkhamb village of Shahapur in Thane, which is 70 km from Mumbai, with technical help. Cops rushed to Shahapur and discovered that a 16-year-old boy had made the threatening call to Salman. 

Mumbai police stated, “The caller who called the Mumbai Police Control in the context of threatening actor Salman Khan was taken into custody. The caller who made the threat call is a minor. There is no seriousness in this call.”

Recently, at the trailer launch of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman arrived in his new high-end bulletproof SUV.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan’s upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is set to be released in the cinemas on April 21.
