Sridevi died in 2018 when she was in Dubai for a family wedding. As soon as Sajal came to know about it. She said, “I am in a state of shock right now. It feels like losing my mother again.” She lost her biological mother in 2017 due to cancer.

‘Mom’ has been Sajal’s only Hindi film. But, some reports suggest she will be seen soon with Pan-India superstar Prabhas in his upcoming movie ‘Fauji’, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi.
