According to media reports, Nayanthara is currently India’s highest-paid actress. The Jawan actress charges a whopping Rs 11 crore for a film. Recently, the diva made the headlines after charging Rs 5 crore for a 50-second advertisement. The Lady Superstar signed a contract with Tata Sky where they agreed to pay Rs 5 crore. Later the advertisement was released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
During her early days, Nayanthara did part-time modelling and hosted multiple TV shows. She first ventured into Malayalam where she made her debut in Manassinaakare. She saw instant success in her debut film and went on to become a commercial hit. The diva was appreciated for her acting in the film.
