Nora Fatehi’s struggling days
In the early days of her career, Nora Fatehi took on various jobs to make ends meet, including teaching dance. Interestingly, Disha Patani is reported to have been one of her students. Nora’s first job was as a ‘retail sales associate’ in a mall near her school, where she worked part-time. She also worked in a hookah bar, and it was during this time that she honed her dance skills, which later became a key aspect of her success in Bollywood.
In an old interview with Zoom, Nora once confessed that she was bullied in Bollywood during her initial days. She revealed the dark side of the PR industry and shared that she was asked to date some successful actors to become famous. “Another thing that I have been constantly told is that, you know, you should date people, date specific people and famous actors, and date for PR. I didn’t listen to any of those sh*t. I am so glad that now I make the rules, and I work on my own terms. My success is not because of another guy next to me or another actor that I’m hanging on to. It’s because of my own”, she told the portal.
