Katrina Kaif shares memories of visiting her mother’s school

Katrina Kaif has made her niche in the industry over the years. From being a complete outsider to the heights of success she has reached today is quite commendable. Not only is she one of the most bankable stars in the industry today – but she is also an entrepreneur as she runs her makeup brand – Kay Beauty. As the superstar is busy juggling between her shoots and personal commitments, she shared an endearing post recently of one of her visits to a school very close to her heart.

Earlier today, Katrina shared an endearing video on her official Instagram handle of the time when she went on a trip to her mother’s school in Madurai called Mountain View School. Her caption had her saying how she was unwell but she still made it as the school was celebrating their annual day that day and had a performance ready to be showcased.

She shared a few sweet memories that were made that day as she captioned her image with, “Mountain view school, Just before the lockdown I had planned a trip to my mom’s school in Madurai, I remember being so sick and wanting to cancel but it was the annual day at school and all the kids were performing. So I went, and from the minute I reached to when I left, all we did was laugh. The joy with which the kids danced and performed was incredible. Including a part of Snow White and seven dwarf’s skit, where there was a giraffe appearance (which they explained to me was because they could not find a horse costume in Madurai, the show must go on, always make the best of every situation 🙂). All the teachers were so warm and caring, to see the kids in such a wonderful environment was just so heartening. One of the sayings by a great soul “if you want to find peace, help others “. @reliefprojectsindia #mountainviewschoolindia 🏫
