The makers of Aashiqui 3 revealed that Triptii Dimri had opted out of the film and that the makers are now on the hunt for another actress to feature with Kartik Aaryan. But sources close to the film have revealed to Filmfare that the search for a heroine may have already come to an end. Sharvari is believed to be the final choice to feature in this sequel to Aashiqui and Aashiqui 2.
An official statement read, “Triptii Dimri was very excited about this film, however, now this is not going to happen. A new face can be seen in the film with Kartik Aaryan.” It is being speculated that Triptii and the makers couldn’t come on the same page for the film. Nevertheless, we can’t wait to see an official announcement for Sharvari and Kartik leading this film.
Sharvari had a happening 2024 as her films Munjya, Maharaj and Vedaa all saw success in various forms. Kartik too had a super successful 2024 in the form of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Chandu Champion. It will be great to see how their streak of success amplifies together in 2025.
