Every Bollywood diva has had several yesteryear actresses as inspiration to face the camera. Karisma Kapoor is no different as she recently spoke about how she was enamoured by the late Sridevi.
Recently in an interview with Grazia, the actress spoke about how the fashion and film wardrobes were decided in those days. She shed light on how mostly they were instructed before she started getting involved too. She shared, “I think generally we were inspired by what was happening in the West, old stories of actors, and especially what Sri ji (Sridevi) used to do.”
Furthermore, she added how Sridevi moved with the times and the changing cycle. Karisma shared how Sridevi’s looks in films like Sadma, Chaalbaaz, and Lamhe truly inspired her.
