With its current good performance throughout the workdays, Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD is poised for a successful conclusion to its inaugural extended week. Even though the movie’s box office receipts fell short of 25 crores on day 7, it continued to hold its own. In terms of the Indian box office, this puts the behemoth only inches away from joining the 400-crore club. The sci-fi film was released in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi versions. A bounty hunter named Bhairava (Prabhas) and a test subject named SU-M80 (Deepika) cross paths throughout the movie, Kalki 2898 AD as they attempt to gather enough units to reside in the Complex, which is controlled by Supreme Yaskin (Kamal Haasan).

During the week, the crowd is supporting the Nag Ashwin film rather well. Considering Kalki has received positive reviews in both the Telugu and Hindi markets, the movie has, overall, kept a decent balance.
