However, when they were starting out in Dhoom 3, a franchise known for its style, cool heists and exotic location, Hrithik didn’t think much about Aishwarya Rai’s acting skills. He thought Aishwarya was all about her good looks, that she had no talent. An old interview of Hrithik has gone viral where he’s spoken candidly about his co-star. He goes on to say that it’s only after they started working together he realised his mistake. On the set, he saw Aishwarya’s commitment, her sincerity towards her work and he changed his opinion. He reveals that he felt bad for misjudging her.
Interestingly, both Hrithik and Aishwarya have given some of their career’s best performances with each other. Whether it was Dhoom 2, Jodhaa Akbar or Guzaarish, the actors excelled together. Hrithik even bagged the Filmfare Award for Best Actor in a leading role for Dhoom3 and Jodha Akbar. We’re waiting for the two to come together again and scorch the screen.
