Another month, another list of exciting upcoming movies. March is a mixed bag of star-studded entertainers and serious head-scratchers. One of the most anticipated theatrical Bollywood releases is Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. The Luv Ranjan directorial that will see Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor share screen space for the first time is bringing back popcorn romantic comedies. The month will also see Rani Mukerji’s comeback in Mrs. Chatterjee Vs Norway. The emotional drama chronicles a mother’s journey to get back custody of her children. On the streaming side, Gulmohar, a family drama starring Sharmila Tagore, Manoj Bajpayee and Suraj Sharma promises some powerful performances.
The slate of Hollywood movies releasing this year is stacked with franchise films. Between Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler’s Murder Mystery 2 and Keanu Reeves’ return to Gun-fu in John Wick Chapter 4, the month has a fair share of much-awaited sequels.
