Glamour model and former NRL WAG Arabella Del Busso has had her conviction quashed for stealing $52,350 from a medical clinic where she used to work as a receptionist.
Del Busso, 33, was convicted in February of stealing from her former employer after failing to appear in court.
She had previously pleaded not guilty to the charges and told the court she wanted to delay her hearing while she sought legal representation.
Del Busso was accused of stealing $35,785 while working reception at Rheumatology Specialist Care in Kogarah between September, 2019 and February, 2020.
Police claimed she stole another $16,565 while working at the company’s centre in Randwick, in Sydney’s south-east, around the same time.

The model allegedly asked clients of the clinic to to pay in cash and told them the EFTPOS machine was not working.
Del Busso allegedly deposited thousands of dollars in cash into her personal bank accounts while working for the business.
The former girlfriend of NRL player Josh Reynolds appeared in Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday, where Magistrate Hugh Donnelly agreed to quash Del Busso’s convictions after questioning her her about dragging out the legal process.
She will return to court later in the year to fight the allegations of theft, with the prosecution to call 13 witnesses.
Del Busso rose to fame after her ex, Bulldogs NRL star Josh Reynolds, was charged with allegedly assaulting her – with a video of a heated argument between the pair circulating online.
The charges against the rugby league player were dropped in February 2020.
In October 2020, she admitted on reality TV show SAS Australia that she had faked multiple pregnancies and miscarriages while dating the footy star because she was afraid he’d break up with her.
