Christopher Nolan To Make Vampire Film Starring Tom Holland?

Christopher Nolan is a revered filmmaker, known for his signature non-linear narrative structure along with existential themes. This is why there is always a buzz around the director’s upcoming projects. Now, if reports are to be believed, there is a major update for the cinephiles out there. Christopher Nolan is all set to make a vampire movie. Not only that, Spider-Man fame Tom Holland is said to be headlining the film, which is said to be set in the 1920s. As per reports, the film will also star Matt Damon, who collaborated with Nolan in Oppenheimer and Interstellar. Besides directing it, Nolan has also written the film and it is expected to be released in July 2026.

Nolan and his wife Emma Thomas turned producers for the film. At the BFI, Nolan had said that if an exceptional idea for a horror film came to him, he would be interested in it. He also described horror as a visceral genre. However, it is not clear as of yet whether the film will be a quintessential horror.

Nolan’s last film was Oppenheimer, which was nominated for 13 Academy Awards. The film bagged seven awards including the Best Director Award for Nolan.
