Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt was rushed to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital this evening after suffering from chest discomfort. The actor was admitted with fluctuating oxygen saturation level and was soon tested for Covid-19 through rapid antigen test, which turned out to be negative.
Currently under observation, Dutt has been admitted in the non-covid ICU ward while doctors have ordered further tests for the star. Confirming the same, hospital’s chief operating officer Dr V Ravishankar stated, “He is stable.”
His hospital authorities further informed a leading news agency saying, “His Covid-19 report is negative but he’s still there for some time, just for medical observation. He is perfectly fine.”
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Sanjay Dutt will be next seen in the Mahesh Bhatt directorial Sadak 2 alongside Aditya Roy Kapur and Alia Bhatt. Slated to release on Disney Plus Hotstar on August 28, the film is a sequel to 1991 release Sadak, which feat. Dutt in the lead role.
He will also be seen in KGF: Chapter 2, in which he will be essaying the role of an antagonist.
