Israel is continuing its search of the Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, which both Israeli and US intelligence say was a key command centre for Hamas.
On Wednesday, the BBC, along with one US network, was taken by the Israeli army into a small part of the hospital.
Israeli military restrictions meant our correspondent Lucy Williamson was not allowed to speak to any doctors or patients at the hospital, but there was no censorship on the words used to describe the visit.
The BBC was shown rifles, ammunition and body armour, which Israel says Hamas had hidden there.
