NEW DELHI: Mumbai Indians on Sunday handed a debut to Arjun Tendulkar as stand-in skipper Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and elected to bowl against Kolkata Knight Riders in their Indian Premier League match on Sunday.
MI’s regular skipper Rohit Sharma misses the game due to a stomach bug.
Duan Jansen also comes in for the five-time champions.
KKR went with an unchanged playing XI.
Arjun, who was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs. 30 lakh in IPL 2022 Auction, has played 7 first-class, 7 List A and 9 T20 matches in his domestic career.
