An inside video from the Met Gala on Monday night has been released by the Metropolitan Museum of Arts on Instagram. The video showcases celebrities and guests touring the exhibition which pays tribute to Karl Lagerfeld. In addition to Penelope Cruz and Sydney Sweeney, the video also includes footage of Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt.
The video showcases several celebrities, including Gisele Bundchen, Usher, Kristen Stewart, Emily Ratajkowski, Emily Blunt, and Naomi Campbell, taking a stroll around the exhibition. The exhibit features numerous designs by Karl Lagerfeld during his time with fashion houses like Chanel and others.
Alia Bhatt can also be seen in the video, accompanied by fashion designer Prabal Gurung. At one point, Alia is seen with her hand over her mouth in awe.
Sharing the video, they wrote, “Art imitating life or life imitating art? Did you know: During the Met Gala, guests are invited to explore the Costume Institute exhibition — this year that’s “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” on view through July 15. A Line Of Beauty.”
Alia Bhatt made her Met Gala debut on Monday where she wore Atelier Prabal Gurung featuring 100,000 hand-beaded pearls on a silk tulle and satin faced organza gown.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. She will be making her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone which also stars Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. She also has Jee Le Zaraa in her kitty.
