According to reports, Abhay Verma has been cast alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Suhana Khan, and Abhishek Bachchan in the upcoming action thriller King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh. This film marks the first collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter, Suhana, and is being produced under Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, in association with Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand’s production house, Marflix.

King is shaping up to be an action-packed film, with Shah Rukh Khan portraying a rugged avatar. The plot reportedly centers around a mentor-protege bond between Khan’s character and Suhana Khan, with Abhishek Bachchan playing the antagonist. Abhay Verma, known for his role in Munjya, has been brought on board for a pivotal role in the film.

The production team has reportedly finalized the script and identified various shooting locations both in India and abroad. The casting process is in full swing, with filming scheduled to begin in November 2024.
