Aamir Khan to take a break after Laal Singh Chaddha ahead of his next…


Aamir Khan has been making headlines for a myriad of reasons following the release of his latest film Laal Singh Chaddha. The Advait Chandan directorial which also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh and more arrived in theatres on August 11. Now, it looks like the actor is considering a short break before commencing work on his next project. 

As per reports on a leading news portal, Aamir Khan will soon jet off to the US for a much-deserved break of two months. After taking time off, he will return for the production of his next film. 

Laal Singh Chaddha is the official Hindi adaptation of Forrest Gump. While the film opened up some rave reviews, it reportedly underperformed at the box office. 

In terms of his next project, it has been reported that the actor will star in a sports film which will be directed by RS Prasanna who is best known for his work on Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.

While an official announcement is yet to be made, the film might be the Indian adaptation of the Spanish sports drama Campeones (2018).
