Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life Box Office Collection Day 5: Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life, the survival thriller, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role, is undoubtedly shattering records. The film has made a total of Rs 35.55 crore since its release, marking veteran filmmaker Blessy’s 11-year absence from the big screen. Prithviraj Sukumaran essays the role of Najeeb, a Malayali immigrant labourer forced into slavery as a goatherd on a remote farm in Saudi Arabia. In four days, the movie brought in an estimated Rs 30.1 crore nett in India, according to the portal. Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life made Rs 7.6 crore nett on day 1 in all of India’s languages; on day 2, it brought in an additional Rs 6.25 crore at the domestic box office. The movie brought in Rs 7.75 crore nett on day three and Rs 8.7 crore nett on day four. On its debut Monday, the survival drama in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi brought in Rs 5.25 crore in revenue. Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life‘s total Malayalam occupancy was 53.74 per cent on Monday.

Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life Worldwide Collection Till Now

, the highest-grossing Malayalam film of the first weekend. Following its first four days of release, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s film brought in a total of Rs. 65 crore at the global box office. On its fifth day in theaters, which is also the first Monday, Aadujeevitham is expected to gross around Rs. 75 crore globally at the box office, if all goes according to plan. In such scenario, there is a good likelihood that the Prithviraj Sukumaran film may surpass the illustrious Rs. 100 crore milestone globally in the first week of its release.

The Blessy film’s Kerala box office has allegedly crossed the Rs. 25 crore threshold. However, the amount collected abroad currently stands at Rs. 31 crore. Notably, the GCC centers—which are thought to be among the biggest markets for Malayalam cinema—have not even seen the release of the Prithviraj film yet.

The movie tells the real tale of Najeeb, a Keralan man who moved to the Gulf in the early 1990s in quest of employment. The movie chronicles his adventure as he tries his hardest to break away and return home. Based on Benyamin’s novel Goat Days, the film stars Prithviraj in the lead role and has received appreciation from Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam.
