It Was Hard to Differentiate Between Hero and Villain…

In this film, Shah Rukh Khan played both the hero and the villain, delivering a dual performance that left audiences stunned. The climax was a complete surprise, keeping viewers glued to their seats.

Directed by Abbas-Mustan, the film’s storyline was masterfully crafted. Shah Rukh portrayed the character of ‘Ajay,’ a man driven by vengeance against Madan Chopra (played by Dalip Tahil).

The plot shows how Madan ruined Ajay’s life and family. With that, Ajay decided to take revenge on Madan. As he grows up, he targets Madan’s two daughters as part of his revenge plan. No one could have predicted that Shah Rukh Khan would rise to superstardom by portraying a negative character.

The movie made headlines and became a success at the box office. Baazigar collected Rs 15 crore in net collections, whereas the gross collection was Rs 32 crore in India.
