Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri is on a roll this year with three back-to-back releases – Bad Newz, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Now, she is all set to share the screen for the first time with Shahid Kapoor for Vishal Bharadwaj’s Arjun Ustara produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. She was recently seen posing with the producer.
As per reports, the film is in the pre-production stage and is scheduled to go on floors on 6th January 2025. Reports also suggest that it is a story of the underworld during the post-Independence era. Media outlets have quoted a source as saying, “A massive set is being constructed at a studio in Mumbai, bringing the film’s vision to life. A team of over 500 people is working to create this elaborate set-up, as the idea is to mount it on a massive scale. The makers are aiming to recreate Mumbai from the era gone by, as the premise of the film is set against the backdrop of the underworld in the Post-Independence era.”
Bharadwaj and Kapoor have worked together before in films such as Kaminey and Haider. This will be Triptii’s first collaboration with both of them. Currently, she is working on Dhadak 2 with Siddhant Chaturvedi.
