iPhone users get free repair service from Apple if the issues are caused by external factors and not through damage.
Apple has launched a new repair program specifically for iPhone 14 Plus users, giving them free repairs to address a rear camera issue. The program targets a limited number of iPhone 14 Plus units manufactured between April 2023 and April 2024, as some devices have reported occasional problems with displaying the rear camera preview.
How To Check For iPhone Free Repair
The iPhone 14 Plus users experiencing camera issues can check if they qualify for a free repair by visiting Apple’s official support page and entering their device’s IMEI number. If eligible, the support page provides several service options: users can locate an Apple Authorised Service Provider, book an appointment at an Apple Store, or contact Apple Support.
For further assistance, users can arrange a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store or an Authorized Service Provider. Alternatively, they can choose to mail their iPhone 14 Plus to an Apple Repair Center. To proceed with any of these options, users will need their Apple Account Information or Apple ID.
