The trailer of Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has dropped, and this time Rooh Baba will battle two Manjulikas. The trailer not only gives a glimpse of the creepy scenes that are in store for the viewers, but it also teases a solid jugalbandi scene between two ace actresses Madhuri Dixit Nene and the OG Manjulika, Vidya Balan.
During the trailer launch event, Kartik opened up about sharing the screen space with these two actresses and called them legendary. Praising Vidya, he said, “I was just mesmerized and was learning throughout when I was watching her perform. She simplified even the most complicated things on screen. She used to make reels and joke with us but instantly get into character as soon as the camera was turned on. I am really inspired by Vidya ma’am. These are two (Madhuri and Vidya) legendary actresses.” Recalling moments from the shoot, he continued, “There are some crazy moments when you know that you are making something magical and this happened when we were shooting the scene where Vidya ma’am and Madhuri ma’am ask who between them, I think is Manjulika. We shot that scene twice. One for the film and another for the trailer.”
He shared that it was a “big moment” for him to shoot that scene and share screen space with the actresses.
Besides Kartik Aaryan, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 also stars Triptii Dimri, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra, Ashwini Kalesar and others. The Anees Bazmee directorial will release on November 1.
