Jasmin Bhasin won many hearts with her stint in Bigg Boss 14, one of the most-watched reality shows in India. Her growing connection with Aly Goni also became a hot topic inside the house. The two eventually grew close to each other and professed their love.
Recently, Jasmin became a soft target of trolls for wearing an abaya in a mosque in Dubai. Netizens accused Aly Goni of attempting to convert her. In her defence, she stated that she followed the dress code. Speaking to Hindustan Times, Bhasin said, “I went to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, and it’s a rule there that you have to cover yourself in certain attire, and that’s what I did. I paid respect to the place and followed the rules and regulations it had because it was a sacred place, and that’s what my parents have taught me since childhood.”
Jasmin also sustained eye damage earlier last month. The actor revealed that it all started when she wore the lenses for an event on July 17. Her eyes began to hurt, and each time she wore her lenses, the pain got worse. She decided to fulfil her professional commitment even while she had to run to the doctor.
