During a launch event for the song Kooriye, Aamir revealed that Junaid did not take help from him or relied on his father’s influence for his debut movie. He stated, “When Junaid’s film Maharaj was released, I was very stressed whether people would like his work or not. Junaid has worked really hard for himself and he never accepted any help from me in any way ever. So I’m very proud and happy that he made it on his own terms in his own way and you know and I can see that.”
Recently, some photos of Aamir, along with the cast and crew of Maharaj surfaced online from the movie’s success party. The actor was seen partying with the cast, including Junaid and Shalini Pandey. The photos went viral on social media as fans praised Aamir for being a supportive father.
