Ranbir Kapoor, known for his stellar performances and massive fan following, recently shared insights into his personal life and family dynamics on a podcast interview. The actor, who is married to Alia Bhatt, praised the strong bond between his wife and mother, Neetu Kapoor. “My mother and Alia share a very good relationship,” Kapoor said. “They are very honest with each other, more honest than I am with my mother. This makes me happy.”
Kapoor also reflected on his relationship with Alia during the COVID-19 lockdown. He described it as a period that solidified their bond. “We stayed together during Covid, and it was the best time. She was there for me, even when my father was ill,” he shared.
Addressing past controversies, Kapoor acknowledged being labeled a cheater for a significant part of his life but dismissed it as not entirely true. He recalled a 2011 interview where he admitted to cheating on Deepika Padukone due to “immaturity and inexperience.”
