Lady Gaga is engaged to longtime boyfriend Michael Polansky! The 13-time Grammy winner shared the news during a conversation with French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Gaga introduced Polansky as her “fiancé” while they watched a swimming event together on July 28.
Attal posted a video of the conversation on TikTok, captioning it, “Thank you Lady Gaga for your stunning performance at the opening ceremony. It was breathtaking.” Gaga wowed the audience with a cover of French singer Zizi Jeanmaire’s Mon Truc En Plumes at the Olympics Opening Ceremony on July 26.
Engagement rumours sparked in April when Gaga was spotted wearing a sparkling ring. She and Polansky, a tech investor, have been together since 2020, making their relationship Instagram official in February 2020 at the Super Bowl. Polansky, who also works with Gaga on her Born This Way Foundation, has been a constant support in her life.
Their relationship became public when they were photographed kissing at a New Year’s Eve party in Las Vegas. Gaga mentioned in a 2020 interview that Polansky was assisting with a mental health app for her foundation.
