Former boxing champion Besar Nimani has died aged 38 after being shot while leaving a restaurant in Germany, according to reports.
According to national media outlet Bild, witnesses claim that Nimani was outside a cafe on Saturday evening when 10 shots were fired. He died at the scene.
Police have launched an investigation after the Albanian was killed, with the perpetrators still on the run.
He won 26 of his 27 professional bouts in the ring from 2011 to 2019 and once held the IBF European Super Welterweight title.
