Rosé from BLACKPINK expressed her sincere support for her fellow bandmate Jisoo. The upcoming film which is an adaptation of the popular web novel Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint has been creating a lot of excitement, featuring a star-studded cast of top actors and actresses.
On Wednesday, Jisoo took to Instagram stories to show her appreciation, thanking Rosé for the kind gesture of sending a coffee truck to the set of her upcoming film adaptation of Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint.
Jisoo posted a picture of herself with the coffee truck and thanked Rosé for showing her support during filming. She expressed her appreciation by writing, “Thanks to my beloved Chaeng-squirrel, I felt secure during filming. Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint Fighting!”
In the meantime, the banner displayed at the top of the truck sent by Rosé says, “Please take good care of our Jisoo-nie. Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint hit the jackpot!” Jisoo also posted a picture of the cute stickers on the truck’s cup sleeves, with the message, “Rosé is rooting for Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint!”
Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint, based on a web novel, follows Kim Dok-ja (Ahn Hyo-seop) as his reality becomes the world of a novel he once read, with Yoo Joong-hyuk (Lee Min-ho) as the central character. The ongoing webtoon adaptation is also gaining popularity. Directed by Kim Byung-woo, known for The Terror Live and Take Point, and produced by REALIES Pictures, the film marks Smilegate’s first investment in a Korean film. Jisoo plays Lee Ji-hye, a character with exceptional strength, in the film.
